About Us

Hello, we are an experiential skills development company based in Southern California using motorsports as a platform to engage our clients. Whether you are interested in experiencing what it's like to go out on an actual race track in a high-downforce endurance prototype race car, or you'd like to learn more about race driving and team development using our mobile race car simulator with your work team or family, we can make that happen. We typically work with clients at either Willow Springs Raceway or Button Willow Raceway in Southern California, depending on available dates and client preference/timing. 

Our Norma M20 race car is professionally maintained and driven by company  founder and championship winning driver, Dean Martin. Our high-end mobile race simulator uses the latest software and is tuned to deliver a close proximation to what it's like to go out in an actual car on virtual tracks around the world.
